Duskwick Support
Stuck on an island, or something not working? Here are answers to the common questions, and how to reach us.
Email contact@btcmedialabs.com. Tell us your device, the iOS version, the island number and what happened. We read every message and reply as soon as we can.
How do I play?
Drag one unbroken line of flame from the hearth through every lantern before the wick burns out. The line can't cross itself. Puddles put the flame out, oil jars feed the wick, and the wind carries it a step for free. If you're stuck, a hint lights the next few tiles.
What's free, and what can I buy?
The first 10 islands and the daily island are free. The full game opens all 30 story islands, adds 10 hints and removes the ads between islands. Hint packs and keys for the Far Reaches, the endless mode after island 30, are optional. Purchases are made in the game's Store (the bag icon at the top right of the home screen).
I bought something but don't have it
Open the Store or Settings and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple: to ask for a refund, use Apple's Report a Problem page.
Ads
- Rewarded ads are always your choice: watch one for a key, a hint or a bonus daily island.
- Without the full game, an image ad sometimes appears between islands, at most one every 3 islands and 3 minutes. The full game removes these.
- Saw an ad that shouldn't be there? Use Report an ad in Settings.
- In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, you can change your ad consent any time in Settings → Ad privacy choices. Elsewhere, ad tracking is controlled in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Progress and iCloud
Your keys and Far Reaches progress sync between your devices through your own iCloud, when you're signed in to iCloud. To start over, use Erase my progress in Settings: it sends the story islands on that device back to the start and resets your Far Reaches progress and gold flames on all your devices. It keeps your purchases, hints and keys.
