Accessibility statement
We build accessibility software. This site should meet the same standard we ask of our products.
What we aim for
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA across this website. In practice that means readable colour contrast, text that reflows when you zoom, every function reachable by keyboard, visible focus, honest headings and labels, and respect for your reduced-motion setting.
Where we know we fall short
This site has not yet had a formal external audit. We test with keyboard navigation, VoiceOver and browser zoom, and we fix what we find.
In our products
EverHeard is designed with and for Deaf and hard-of-hearing people: alerts you can feel rather than hear, distinct vibration patterns per alert, a screen flash for life-safety sounds, and captions in the language actually spoken rather than translated into English.
Tell us
If something here or in our products is hard to use, please write to alex@btcmedialabs.com. Accessibility problems go to the front of the queue.
