EverHeard

Live captions and environmental sound alerts for people who are Deaf or hard of hearing, on iPhone, iPad and Mac, with alerts on Apple Watch. Speech is captioned in the language it is spoken, in eight languages, with up to four active at once. Doorbells, knocks, alarms and your own name arrive as distinct vibrations, and urgent sounds flash the screen.

It runs entirely on your device: no account, no cloud service listening in, and it works offline after a one-time download.

Myth MacroMKR

A free World of Warcraft add-on that reads your own macros, keybinds, talents and gear, then helps you sharpen them: spec-aware macros across all thirteen classes, talent loadouts per activity, an add-on health check, and a gem and enchant audit. An optional desktop companion analyses your combat logs for evidence-backed coaching.

The add-on has no network access at all. The optional analysis in the companion app is the only thing that ever leaves your computer, and only when you ask for it.
